All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Available for all orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Available for orders totaling $50 or more

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened car seats (including Bugaboo, Cybex, and all I-Size models)
  • Personal care items
  • Used bedding or mattress pads
  • Custom or special order furniture items

Important Safety Note: We cannot accept returns on car seats and other safety-critical items (including I-Size and Cybex models) once they have been removed from their original packaging. These products must be returned in unopened condition to be eligible for refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
