Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Note About Car Seats & Safety Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on car seats (including I-Size and Cybex models) and other safety-critical items once they have been removed from their original packaging. These products must be returned in unopened condition to be eligible for refund.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
