What types of baby products do you offer?
We specialize in high-quality baby essentials including 360° swivel car seats (like our popular Cybex and Bugaboo models), convertible cribs, nursery furniture sets, baby joggers, and accessories. Our products are organized by age, features, and brand to help you find exactly what you need.
Are your car seats I-Size compliant?
Yes! We carefully select I-Size compliant car seats from trusted brands like Cybex and Bugaboo. Each product listing clearly indicates safety certifications.
Do your cribs convert to toddler beds?
Many of our cribs (especially in our Furniture Sets category) are designed to grow with your child, converting to toddler beds and sometimes even full-size beds. Check individual product descriptions for conversion details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS

Note: We currently cannot ship to Asia and some remote areas.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We provide real-time tracking from our Phoenix warehouse to your doorstep. You’ll receive updates at every milestone via email.
How is furniture packaged for shipping?
Nursery furniture is professionally disassembled and packed in manufacturer boxes with reinforced corners. Each shipment includes assembly instructions and all necessary hardware.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days and typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Are there any hidden fees?
No surprises! All customs and import charges (except for some remote areas) are calculated at checkout so you know the total cost upfront.
